對(duì)于高職數(shù)控技術(shù)專業(yè)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實(shí)施方案的探討
摘 要：近年來，國(guó)家提出《中國(guó)制造2025》戰(zhàn)略，對(duì)我國(guó)制造業(yè)未來的發(fā)展提出了新的要求，而數(shù)控加工技術(shù)又是制造業(yè)發(fā)展的主旋律，因此，社會(huì)對(duì)于廣大高職院校所培養(yǎng)的數(shù)控技術(shù)專業(yè)人才有著更高的要求，與此同時(shí)，在人才培養(yǎng)的過程中要更加的符合地方制造業(yè)發(fā)展的需求，要更加的面向于智能化、自動(dòng)化、一體化進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才，為了從根本上保證人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量，這就要求我們要結(jié)合專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展實(shí)際不斷優(yōu)化高職數(shù)控技術(shù)專業(yè)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)的實(shí)施方案。人才培養(yǎng)的實(shí)施方案不能是空中樓閣，而要緊貼學(xué)校、企業(yè)與學(xué)生的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)需要，尤其是學(xué)生將來的專業(yè)發(fā)展。本文將重點(diǎn)討論高職數(shù)控技術(shù)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的人才培養(yǎng)實(shí)施方案原則及某些具體問題。

Abstract：With the rapid development of China industrial technology, there are higher requirements for social training in Higher Vocational Colleges of high skilled talents in NC professional quality, and personnel training services but also to the local economic development, serve the national strategy of intelligent manufacturing industry, so as to continuously optimize the implementation plan for cultivating talents in Higher Vocational NC technology modern apprentice. The implementation plan of talent training should not be a castle in the air, but should be closely related to the needs of schools, enterprises and students, and the future development. This paper will briefly discuss the implementation scheme, principles and some specific problems of the talent training program of modern numerical control apprenticeship in Higher Vocational colleges.
