關(guān)于鄰里交往的設(shè)計(jì)研究思考
摘 要：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的快速進(jìn)步，人們的居住形式和生活習(xí)慣隨之也發(fā)生了改變，居住區(qū)中原有的鄰里守望的風(fēng)氣也變的不一樣，交流空間和共享空間變少，人與人之間的交流變少，導(dǎo)致人與人之間的關(guān)系變得淡漠，隨之而來的是一連串的社會(huì)問題。居住空間應(yīng)該是以人為主要，一切的設(shè)計(jì)和政策的實(shí)施都應(yīng)以人的需要為主導(dǎo)。但是，現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中存在的大多數(shù)的居住區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)，都是由設(shè)計(jì)師在圖紙上完成的。設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)于他要設(shè)計(jì)的這塊區(qū)域可能一點(diǎn)都不了解，對(duì)要入住到他設(shè)計(jì)的居住區(qū)中的人也不了解。他設(shè)計(jì)的這塊居住區(qū)和另一塊居住區(qū)沒有區(qū)別。而居住區(qū)的使用者就不同了，居住者是居住區(qū)的使用者，沒有人能夠比他們了解使用者想要的是什么。但是，這些自主改造行為卻是不被允許的。
現(xiàn)在經(jīng)常會(huì)看到很多小區(qū)的空間被人們改造并利用，人們看到了這些自主改造行為的發(fā)生，但是卻沒有得到正視，而更多的是帶來批評(píng)。我希望能夠通過對(duì)這些現(xiàn)象找出人們想要的共享空間，指出現(xiàn)代小區(qū)存在的不足。設(shè)計(jì)出能為人們帶來交流互動(dòng)的空間。

Abstract：Abstract： with the development of the society, economy and the rapid progress of science and technology, people's living form and the habits have also changed, the original neighborhood watch in residential area of the atmosphere is different, communication space and the Shared space less, less communication between people, lead to the relationship of the people become indifferent, followed by a series of social problems.Should human is the main living space, all of the design and the implementation of policy should be dominated by the need of the people.Existing in the modern society, however, most of the design of the residential area, is done by the designer on the drawings.Designer for him to design this area may know nothing, to check in to the people in his design of the residential area also don't understand.He design of the residential area and the other a residential area.And the residential area of the user is different, habitant is residential users, no one can than they know what the users want is.However, these independent transformation behavior is not allowed.
Now often see a lot of village space transformation and use by people, people to see the independent behavior, but not recognized, more criticism.I want to be able to pass on these phenomenon, find out the people want to be a Shared space, points out the deficiency existing in modern community.Design can bring people interaction space.
