淺析設(shè)計(jì)教育在茶學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)中的定位
摘 要：茶學(xué)(創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)方向)是茶學(xué)與創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行融合式教育的探索，是培養(yǎng)符合茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的復(fù)合型人才的重要舉措，也得到了廣泛的肯定。雖然取得了一定成績，但作為一個(gè)新的專業(yè)方向也需要不斷的完善。本文將從設(shè)計(jì)從專業(yè)教育向通識(shí)教育轉(zhuǎn)型的角度出發(fā)，結(jié)合茶學(xué)專業(yè)的特點(diǎn)，探討設(shè)計(jì)教育在茶學(xué)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)中的定位，以期為茶學(xué)(創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)方向)專業(yè)的發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。

Abstract：Tea Science(Creativity and Design) is a specialty to exploring the combination of tea science and design ,which is a important way to cultivating compound talents.Although some achievements have been made, as a new direction, it needs to be perfected constantly. This paper will start from the transformation from professional education to the general education in Design, combined with the characteristics of tea speciality, discusses the positioning of design education in talent training in Tea Science , in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of Tea Science(Creativity and Design) .
