失能老人居家洗浴服務(wù)平臺設(shè)計研究
摘 要：文章以居家養(yǎng)老的失能老人及其護理人員為研究對象，主要針對臥床老人洗浴難這一問題進行深入研究。對目前臥床老人的洗浴方式、痛點、競品缺陷等方面展開研究，采用服務(wù)設(shè)計的方法探究失能老人居家洗浴服務(wù)平臺設(shè)計的策略。以期提升居家臥床老人的沐浴質(zhì)量，減輕護理人員的負(fù)擔(dān)，為提升老年人居家養(yǎng)老生活質(zhì)量做出貢獻。

Abstract：This paper takes the disabled elderly and their nursing staff as the research object. The problem of bath difficulty for the bedridden elderly was studied deeply. By studying the bathing methods, sore points and defects of competing products for the bedridden elderly, and using the method of service design to design the home bathing service platform for the disabled elderly, aiming to improve the bathing quality of the bedridden elderly at home, reduce the burden of their caregivers, and make contributions to improving the quality of life for the elderly at home.
