城市公共交通站點視覺引導系統(tǒng)設計理論溯源
摘 要：通過現(xiàn)有文獻整理，探求城市公共交通站點視覺引導系統(tǒng)設計理論之源。文章首先闡述了城市公共交通站點視覺引導系統(tǒng)設計的概念；其次，通過對現(xiàn)有研究文獻的分析，梳理系統(tǒng)設計背后的理論本源，總結為符號學理論、認知心理學理論、尋路行為理論以及客戶旅程理論；最后，針對城市公共交通站點視覺引導系統(tǒng)設計與研究切入點的差異，對選用不同的理論作出總結。通過文章的研究，以期為未來更廣范圍的城市公共交通視覺引導系統(tǒng)的設計與研究提供理論借鑒。

Abstract：Through the existing literature collation, the source of the visual guidance system design theory of urban public transportation stations is explored. Firstly, this paper describes the concept of visual guidance system design for urban public transport stations; secondly, through the analysis of the existing theory literature, the theory of the system design, cognitive psychology theory, road-finding behavior theory and customer journey theory; finally, according to the differences between the design of urban public guidance system. In order to provide theoretical reference for the design and research of visual guidance of urban public transportation system in the future.
