基于城市觸媒理論的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)更新與再利用研究——以撫順為例
摘 要：在城市發(fā)展中，一些老工業(yè)基地逐漸呈現(xiàn)出活力衰退、經(jīng)濟價值下滑、歷史片段缺失等問題。工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的更新與再利用需要在保有歷史價值的同時，帶動周邊的空間更新與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。研究以撫順為案例，將城市觸媒理念引入工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的更新與再利用中，并對它進行實證研究，以期發(fā)現(xiàn)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)更新與再利用的問題。同時，從功能、空間、文脈三種觸媒因素的角度選擇并分析當?shù)赜|媒元素的特征，進而剖析城市觸媒的運作模式，充分發(fā)揮城市觸媒的獨特作用。

Abstract：In the process of urban development, some old industrial bases gradually show problems such as vitality decline, economic value decline, and lack of historical fragments. The renewal and reuse of industrial heritage needs to promote the surrounding space renewal and economic development while preserving its historical value. This paper takes Fushun as a case, introduces the concept of urban catalyst into the regeneration and utilization of industrial heritage, and conducts empirical research on it, in order to find the problems existing in the renewal and reuse of industrial heritage. Select and analyze the characteristics of local catalyst elements from the perspective of function, space and context, and then analyze the operation mode of urban catalyst, and give full play to the unique role of urban catalyst.
