基于Kano模型的災后臨時安置產(chǎn)品設計
摘 要：災后臨時安置產(chǎn)品的設計除了需要保障被安置者的日常生活需求外，還應關(guān)注其心理需求。文章在保障災后群體身心健康的前提下，對災后群體進行了深入調(diào)研與訪談，充分提取用戶需求后，運用Kano模型與Bettter-Worse系數(shù)對設計實踐中的側(cè)重要素進行優(yōu)先級排序，以指導災后臨時安置產(chǎn)品的設計。以此為基礎(chǔ)，設計出一款有助于災后群體身心健康恢復的災后臨時安置艙，為該類產(chǎn)品的設計提供了新思路。

Abstract：The design of post disaster temporary resettlement products should not only ensure the daily living needs of the resettled, but also pay attention to their psychological needs. On the premise of ensuring the physical and mental health of the post disaster population, the article conducted in-depth research and interviews on the post disaster population, fully extracted user needs, and used the Kano model and Better Worse coefficient to prioritize the key elements in design practice, in order to guide the design of post disaster temporary resettlement products. Based on this, a post disaster temporary shelter has been designed to facilitate the physical and mental health recovery of post disaster groups, providing new ideas for the design of such products.
