基于Kano-FBS模型的家用哺乳椅設(shè)計(jì)研究
摘 要：為滿足哺乳期女性居家哺乳的多樣化需求，并有效緩解其養(yǎng)育嬰孩所帶來(lái)的壓力，文章從哺乳期女性的生理特征和哺乳過(guò)程出發(fā)，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法和行為觀察法，提取了哺乳期女性生理特征及哺乳需求。采用Kano模型深入分析用戶需求，確定功能特性類型，并明確了相對(duì)重要的用戶需求。采用FBS模型對(duì)關(guān)鍵性需求進(jìn)行“功能—行為—結(jié)構(gòu)”映射，以確保設(shè)計(jì)方案的合理性。通過(guò)模型的應(yīng)用，得到了更具創(chuàng)新性和實(shí)用性的設(shè)計(jì)方案。該方案提升了用戶的哺乳體驗(yàn)，為哺乳坐具的改進(jìn)與創(chuàng)新提供了針對(duì)性的指導(dǎo)和啟示。

Abstract：In order to meet the diverse needs of breastfeeding women for home breastfeeding and effectively alleviate the pressure of raising infants, this article starts from the physiological characteristics and breastfeeding process of breastfeeding women, and uses literature research and behavioral observation methods to extract the physiological characteristics and breastfeeding needs of breastfeeding women. Using the Kano model to conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, identify functional feature types, and clarify relatively important user requirements. Using the FBS model to map key requirements from "function behavior structure" to ensure the rationality of the design scheme. Through the application of the model, more innovative and practical design solutions have been obtained. This solution enhances the breastfeeding experience for users and provides targeted guidance and inspiration for the improvement and innovation of breastfeeding seating.
