基于積極強(qiáng)化理論的兒童正畸治療游戲設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要:為改善兒童正畸治療中出現(xiàn)的低依從性和心理壓力問題,文章提出了一種基于積極強(qiáng)化理論的游戲化設(shè)計(jì)方案,以優(yōu)化兒童正畸治療體驗(yàn)。該方案融合了游戲元素和獎勵機(jī)制,構(gòu)建了包括角色扮演、獎勵系統(tǒng)等六大強(qiáng)化模塊的綜合模型。實(shí)踐應(yīng)用中,以“英雄之路”游戲?yàn)檩d體,為兒童提供信息教育、矯治指導(dǎo)和心理支持。此跨學(xué)科的創(chuàng)新方法,提升了兒童的自我效能感,鼓勵他們積極參與治療過程,不僅促進(jìn)了醫(yī)療效果和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升,還為兒童健康成長探索出了新路徑。

Abstract:To improve the low compliance and psychological stress issues in orthodontic treatment for children, this article proposes a gamified design scheme based on positive reinforcement theory to optimize the orthodontic treatment experience for children. This scheme integrates game elements and reward mechanisms, and constructs a comprehensive model including six reinforcement modules such as role-playing and reward system. In practical applications, the "Hero's Road" game is used as a carrier to provide children with information education, corrective guidance, and psychological support. This interdisciplinary innovative approach enhances children's self-efficacy, encourages them to actively participate in the treatment process, not only promotes the improvement of medical effectiveness and service quality, but also explores new paths for children's healthy growth.
