面向智能化社區(qū)的服務(wù)機(jī)器人外形設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:社區(qū)智能機(jī)器人通過整合人工智能、云計(jì)算等先進(jìn)技術(shù),提升了社區(qū)管理效率和用戶生活體驗(yàn)。目前,社區(qū)智能機(jī)器人的功能已得到一定程度的研發(fā),其外形也同樣值得重視。產(chǎn)品的外形設(shè)計(jì)直接關(guān)系到用戶的使用意愿,文章從用戶需求的角度出發(fā),調(diào)查用戶對(duì)于社區(qū)智能機(jī)器人的功能、外形和可持續(xù)使用意愿的需求,并采用李克特五點(diǎn)量表進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)打分。利用SPSS軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行因子分析,確定了四個(gè)主要維度。通過多元線性回歸分析,探討了外形、功能等因素對(duì)用戶可持續(xù)使用意愿的正向影響。結(jié)合社區(qū)智能機(jī)器人的功能進(jìn)行外形設(shè)計(jì),確定其外觀方案,為社區(qū)服務(wù)機(jī)器人的外形設(shè)計(jì)提供了較為科學(xué)的方法。

Abstract:Community intelligent robots have improved community management efficiency and residents' living experience by integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing. At present, the functions of community intelligent robots have been developed to a certain extent, and their appearance is also worthy of attention. The appearance design of a product is directly related to residents' willingness to use it. The article first investigates users' needs for the functionality, appearance, and sustainable use of community intelligent robots from the perspective of user needs, and uses the Likert five point scale for evaluation and scoring. Using SPSS software for factor analysis of the data, four main dimensions were identified. Through multiple linear regression analysis, the positive impact of factors such as appearance and functionality on users' sustainable intentions was explored. Combining the functions of community intelligent robots for exterior design, determining their exterior design scheme provides a more scientific method for the exterior design of community service robots.
