基于NSGA-II算法的電動(dòng)叉車造型設(shè)計(jì)研究
摘 要：為提高電動(dòng)叉車造型設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)性與合理性，文章從整合設(shè)計(jì)的視角出發(fā)，避免了用戶調(diào)研中的主觀偏差和系統(tǒng)性不足的問(wèn)題。運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲技術(shù)挖掘電商網(wǎng)站中的評(píng)論文本，借助NLPIR系統(tǒng)和因子分析法獲取用戶偏好詞匯，采用NSGA- Ⅱ算法構(gòu)建用戶偏好與電動(dòng)叉車形態(tài)要素之間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間，并實(shí)施最終造型方案決策。文章構(gòu)建了外觀設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)性能、操作體驗(yàn)等用戶偏好與造型形態(tài)間的匹配關(guān)系，進(jìn)化出的最終方案能更好地滿足用戶偏好，相較于對(duì)比樣本，其模糊評(píng)價(jià)綜合得分最高，驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性與有效性。

Abstract：In order to improve the scientificity and rationality of the design of electric forklifts, this article starts from the perspective of integrated design, avoiding the subjective bias and systematic deficiencies in user research. Using web crawling technology to mine comment texts in e-commerce websites, using NLPIR system and factor analysis to obtain user preference vocabulary, using NSGA-II algorithm to construct a network space between user preferences and electric forklift form elements, and implementing the final styling scheme decision. The article constructs a matching relationship between user preferences such as appearance design, technical performance, and operating experience, and the final evolved solution can better meet user preferences. Compared with the comparative sample, its fuzzy evaluation comprehensive score is the highest, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
