智慧社區(qū)建設(shè)背景下的社區(qū)服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建
摘 要：隨著現(xiàn)代科技的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步以及人類對(duì)更高質(zhì)量生活的向往與追求，智慧社區(qū)的建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為城市發(fā)展的重要組成部分。文章從服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)角度探究智慧社區(qū)的服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建思路，旨在提升社區(qū)居民的生活質(zhì)量。文章通過研究現(xiàn)代智慧社區(qū)建設(shè)與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析社區(qū)服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建中存在的不足，通過利益相關(guān)者分析、用戶畫像、接觸點(diǎn)分析、構(gòu)建服務(wù)系統(tǒng)圖、服務(wù)藍(lán)圖等一系列服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)方法，提出智慧社區(qū)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的框架。以期為智慧社區(qū)建設(shè)和社區(qū)服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建提供有益的借鑒和啟示。

Abstract：With the development and progress of modern science and technology and people's yearning and pursuit of a higher quality of life, the construction of smart community has become an important part of urban development. This paper explores the service system construction ideas of smart community from the perspective of service design, aiming at improving the quality of life of community residents. By studying the construction and development status of modern smart community, this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the construction of community service system, and proposes the framework of smart community service standard system through a series of service design methods such as stakeholder analysis, user portrait, touch point analysis, service system diagram construction and service blueprint. In order to provide useful reference and enlightenment for the construction of smart community and community service system.
