基于層次分析法的購物中心多種經(jīng)營點位設計質量評價
摘 要:購物中心室內多種經(jīng)營點位設計質量對顧客吸引力、停留時間和經(jīng)營坪效均有影響。首先,研究基于層次分析法建立了5個準則層及15個指標層。其次,通過對18位專家的打分結果論證,得出交通通達性是最為重要的因素,之后依次為總體形象、照明設計、道具陳列、標識設計??傮w權重方面,指標層的開放平面布局、色溫與設計主題協(xié)調、視線通透度依次位居前三。最后,通過焦點小組訪談對以上結果進行解釋。以期為購物中心室內多種經(jīng)營點位設計質量評價提供科學的評估工具,以優(yōu)化商業(yè)空間品質,提升經(jīng)濟效益。

Abstract:The design quality of multiple business operation points in shopping centers has an impact on customer attraction, stay time and management efficiency. Firstly, 5 criterion layers and 15 index layers are established based on analytic hierarchy process. Secondly, through the scoring results of 18 experts, it is concluded that traffic accessibility is the most important factor, followed by the overall image, lighting design, prop display, sign design. In terms of overall weight, the open layout of the index layer, color temperature and design theme coordination, and sight permeability ranked first three. Finally, the above results were explained through focus group interviews. In order to optimize the quality of commercial space and improve the economic benefit, it is expected to provide a scientific evaluation tool for the quality evaluation of the design of multiple business operation points in shopping centers.
