雙碳背景下徐州地區(qū)老舊教學(xué)樓近零能耗改造設(shè)計(jì)研究
摘 要:在全球氣候變化和能源危機(jī)的背景下,減少碳排放已成為各國發(fā)展的共同目標(biāo)。文章探討了在雙碳背景下,如何通過近零能耗的理念對老舊教學(xué)樓進(jìn)行改造,以實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排的目標(biāo)。研究以老舊教學(xué)樓的現(xiàn)狀入手,分析了能源的使用特點(diǎn)和改造的必要性,并提出了具體的設(shè)計(jì)策略與實(shí)施路徑。期望通過這些策略的實(shí)施,能夠顯著提升教學(xué)樓的能效,改善教學(xué)環(huán)境,并為類似項(xiàng)目提供借鑒。

Abstract:In the context of global climate change and energy crisis, reducing carbon emissions has become a common goal for the development of all countries. This paper discusses how to transform the old teaching building with the concept of near-zero energy renovation in order to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction under the background of dual carbon goals. Starting with the current situation of the old teaching building, the paper analyzes the characteristics of energy use and the necessity of transformation, and puts forward the specific design strategy and implementation path. It is expected that the implementation of these strategies can significantly improve the energy efficiency of the teaching buildings, improve the teaching environment, and provide reference for similar projects.
