基于過街樓空間理論的工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)——以上海均勝電子總部為例
摘 要：文章以上海均勝電子總部為研究對(duì)象，基于過街樓空間理論分析現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑功能空間設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化方法。首先，對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了梳理，并闡述了過街樓空間理論在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用意義。其次，針對(duì)工業(yè)建筑現(xiàn)存的問題，提出了基于過街樓空間理論的設(shè)計(jì)策略。最后，得出過街樓空間理論在工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)中能夠有效促進(jìn)工廠各個(gè)功能組團(tuán)的連接、優(yōu)化工廠的人車流線和空間布局。以期為今后的工業(yè)建筑在形象提升、交通效能優(yōu)化和功能形態(tài)完善設(shè)計(jì)方面提供參考。

Abstract：This paper takes Junsheng Electronics Headquarters in Shanghai as the research object, and analyzes the optimization method of functional space design of modern industrial buildings based on the space theory of overhead building. First of all, the related concepts are sorted out, and the significance of the space theory of the overhead building in modern industrial building design is analyzed. Secondly, aiming at the existing problems of industrial buildings, a design strategy based on the space theory of overhead building is proposed. Finally, it is concluded that the space theory of overhead building can effectively promote the connection of various functional groups of factories and optimize the flow of people in industrial building design line and space layout, in order to provide a reference direction for the future industrial buildings in the image enhancement, traffic efficiency optimization and functional form design.
